Chez Xu
The restaurant has two locations in the city of Lausanne. Chez Xu Tunnel, close from palais de Rumine and Chez Xu Petit chêne, across from Lausanne train station. Links to the websites are provided at the end of this article.
Price $: expect to pay about 20 CHF for a main course; appetizers are around 10 CHF
The highlight(+): the portions are more than generous, the dishes are delicious, and the prices are very reasonable (considering Swiss standards ^_^ don't get it twisted)
The downside (-): The place fills up quickly, so if you you come a group (more than 3 persons), I recommend going for the first service, that would be right after opening. No reservations accepted.

Price $$: The brunch menu costs 45 CHF—please note that reservations are required! You can order individual dishes if you prefer.
The highlight(+):the place is cozy, with pretty decoration and reasonable portion sizes.The brunch menu, my personal favorite, is absolutely delicious! This spot is perfect for dates, family gatherings, or get-togethers with friends.
The downside (-): The place fills up quickly, so come early if you prefer a quieter atmosphere.

Price $$$: Expect to pay 30/35 CHF per dish
The highlight(+): a stunning setting with old stone walls and soft lighting. Perfect for a romantic evening. When the weather gets warmer, make sure to reserve a table on the terrace—the view of the lake is breathtaking.
The downside (-): the portions might seem small to big eaters ^_^
